Villa Florens is an amazing property - a fully equipped independent 5-bed villa with a private swimming pool set in an ideal location between Puerto Banús and San Pedro, with a twist! It also boasts a fully separate, but still accessible apartment (via internal gates) with another 3 bedrooms and its own private street entrance and terrace areas.

Thoughtfully decorated in a lively and contemporary style with both modern and trendy artwork and fittings. It is bright, spacious, and has all the necessary features to make a great holiday home for families and friends travelling together!

The villa, with 4 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, has a lovely terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

On the entry level, you find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which move seamlessly into one another. The beautiful light brown wooden finishes of the kitchen brush into the dark wooden dining table and lead out into the bright and whiter tones living area. The living and dining areas on the entrance level both have access to the terrace and garden. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and there is a central island and a breakfast counter.

Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom. It has a long counter that acts as a worktop, a private terrace with a jacuzzi bath as well as its stunning ensuite bathroom.

There are 2 additional double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Downstairs, there is another double bedroom and a single bedroom. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. You will also find in this wonderful home, a fantastic cinema area which will make movie nights an absolute treat!

There is a built-in outdoor kitchen with BBQ to the side of the garden which has a wonderful outdoor dining area that seats 10 to match it, perfect for the long summer days! There is also a lovely firepit on the side terrace.

Outside and heading through the small crossover gate you find the apartment. Upon entry, you find a lounge/TV room and dining area, along with a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. In a similar fashion, there is another double bedroom and a twin room which share a bathroom.

The apartment also has its own front yard, outdoor dining area that sits 6, and a Weber BBQ. In case you’ve lost count, that brings a total of 3 separate cooking areas for you to enjoy, as well as the additional free-standing barbeque in the garden!

This home is optimized and best enjoyed by groups who would like to travel together but still have opportunities to have some privacy whenever they’d like to. Two families, or groups of friends would find this to be absolutely perfect because although the villa and its additional apartment are accessible by each other, they are still very much separate and have the luxury of having their own outdoor and dining areas as well. If you are a larger group mixed up of family and friends, there really isn’t a better option for you than the lovely Villa Florens!

There is hot/cold AC throughout and a great Wi-Fi connection. There is gated parking as well.

The location of the villa is close to amenities, with a 2-minute walk to the Real Padel Club and Gym and a 20-minute walk to the beach and the various Chringuitos and Beach Clubs. 5 minutes in the car will take you to Puerto Banús or San Pedro. There are 6 impressive golf courses and all amenities like supermarkets and restaurants all within a few kilometers.
