A 5-bed Penthouse with spectacular panoramic views in the heart of Golf Valley!
Alcores Penthouse offers modern, Scandinavian-styled accommodation and boasts exceptional views over the urbanization, to the golf course, to the mountains, and also to the Mediterranean Sea.
Upon entering (up some stairs), you find the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen which is very spacious and has contemporary furnishings. The living room benefits from full-width windows that can open completely, complementing the sense of space and light, and allowing you to enjoy the gorgeous views from anywhere!
The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an American-style fridge/freezer, and central island/bar.
The kitchen and living room have access to the wrap-around terrace, which features outdoor lounge furniture and a couple of sunbeds.
On the entrance level there is a guest bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom that share a full bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi bath. The Master bedroom has a TV, an ensuite bathroom with rain-shower, and a small private terrace.
From the main terrace, there are external stairs to the fabulous roof terrace. Here are 2 further double bedrooms that share the terrace bathroom (with shower).
The roof terrace has dining facilities for 10 people, and has just had a brand new jacuzzi that sits 5, a built-in BBQ, and plenty of sunbeams and outdoor seating…Perfect to enjoy alfresco dining and entertaining whilst soaking up the amazing views, whether sunny afternoons, picturesque sunsets, or under the starry nights!
There is AC throughout, wifi, and an allocated parking space in the garage, with direct access to the Penthouse.
The communal grounds are vast and meticulously kept. There is a very large pool with a smaller kids’ pool, surrounded by tropical gardens.
The location of the villa is ideal; In the heart of Marbella’s most popular Nueva Andalucia area making it ideal for those who enjoy golf and the comforts and luxury of Puerto Banus and Marbella.
The area of Nueva Andalucia features some of the town’s best restaurants, pool clubs, bars, nightlife, golf clubs, and a choice of supermarkets. In just a few minutes’ drive, you could be in Puerto Banus, Marbella old town, San Pedro, or simply on the beach.
Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties.
