This magnificent property is situated in the exclusive Vega del Colorado in Nueva Andalucia, between Los Naranjos and La Quinta Golf. It is a highly secured luxury area with large plots and great views over Marbella and the Mediterranean Sea. It makes a perfect retreat for a large family or group of friends to relax and unwind in supreme comfort and privacy.

In total this house has 7 bedrooms; These are distributed with 5 within the main house and then 1 guest apartment and 1 separate guest house. In total there are 7,5 bathrooms.

When walking into the villa you will enter a spacious hallway with the elevator and entrance to the living room. The expansive living room has high ceilings and opens to the dining area and kitchen. From the living room you also have direct access to the outside terrace and garden area.
On this floor you will also find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. It has a fireplace and direct access to the outside terrace. In the bathroom you will find a very special and elegant stone bathtub for some pure relaxing.

When taking the stairs or elevator up to the first floor you will find two more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private terraces with open sea views.

In the downstairs area, which is also accessible both by elevator and staircase, you will find the remarkable Spa area. There is an indoor heated swimming pool with customisable jet streams allowing you to swim as much and as fast as you like. When you are tired of that there is a Jacuzzi to relax in as well a steam room and Finnish sauna. There is also a fully equipped gym area with weights, rowing machine, running machine, boxing bag, Pilates ball, free weights, kettle bells etc. In addition, there is a hammock, large bathroom, massage table and sun loungers in this area allowing for the ultimate relaxing experience.

There is one more double bedroom in this downstairs area and a laundry room with 2 washing machines.

From the laundry room there is access to a separate apartment (there is also access from the driveway). The apartment is typically used for staff or teenagers that would like some private space. There is a small kitchen, bedroom, sofa-bed and small bathroom.

Finally, there is the guest house opposite the main house, above the garage. This was made for the parents of the owners to have their own space with bedroom, bathroom and open kitchen-living room. Here you will also find a sofa-bed in case needed.

Outside, you will find a large terrace with sea views and a lounge corner as well as an outside dining area with BBQ. There are retractable awnings to allow dining in the shade if required. On descending the steps from the terrace you walk onto the grass and pool area. Here you will find the infinity swimming pool with several sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine.

The villa has hot and cold AC, smoke detectors, Sat. TV, Sonos speakers throughout and WiFi connection. .
