This spectacular property is built in 2007 and recently renovated, therefore the original Andalusian architecture still remains and combines beautifully with the modern Scandinavian renovations. In total the Villa offers 7 bedrooms; These are distributed with 6 within the main house and then a 1-bed guest apartment with private entrance, ideal for staff or those that prefer some extra privacy.

The Wow-Factor hits you from the start as you enter the Main House – the large lobby area has double height ceilings and a beautiful chandelier, all enhanced by the natural light from the picture windows and the stunning views of the valley down to the ocean.

The brand new kitchen (installed in March 2022) is top class. Dark blue wood cabinets and buster and punch handles, white marble counter tops, micro cement floor, along with top of the range appliances including two refrigerators, a full freezer, 3 ovens, a built-in coffee machine, 2 dishwashers, a wine fridge, and a professional ice maker.

The Villa boasts 3 separate dining areas, all with seating for 12. There is one indoors and 2 outdoors, ideal to soak up the views while enjoying your meal together, either indoors or outdoors.
The lounge area has various seating areas where you can enjoy some table games, such as Chess and Noughts and Crosses. There is access to the terraces from here too.

The Master Suite, “Estocolmo”, is a large suite with a double sofa, dressing room, kitchenette, wall-mounted TV, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate rain shower. This suite also features a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the expansive views. There is an additional upper terrace with a couple of sunbeds.
The second bedroom suite, “Denver”, has a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower and double sink. There is a 4 poster bed, TV, coffee machine and a private terrace with 2 sunbeds and mountain and valley views.

Down some stairs to the middle level is Bedroom 3, “Berlin”, which is a large double, with a desk, coffee machine, TV, ensuite bathroom with a Shower/bath. From the bed you can enjoy the valley and sea views. There is access to the lower garden.

Bedroom 4, “Lisboa”, is a double bedroom, with a sofa, coffee machine, TV, ensuite bathroom with a Shower/bath. There is access to the lower garden and a private terrace with seating to enjoy the mountain and golf-course views.

Downstairs to the lower level is the amazing Cinema Room – professionally soundproofed and with top of the range setup including a Sony 4K projector with bang Olufsen Dolby Atmos Experience, large reclining chairs, led light finishings and even a Popcorn Machine; This will host the best Movie Night ever!

Bedroom 5, “Nairobi” is on this level, and has an ensuite shower, TV, coffee machine and access to the lower garden and a private terrace with seating.

Beyond the cinema is the 6th Bedroom, “Rio” with double bed, coffee machine, desk, TV, ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. There is access to the lower garden and a private terrace with seating to enjoy the valley and golf-course views.

Further on, you will find the remarkable Spa area. There is an indoor swimming pool (7x2m), a gym area with weights and a treadmill. To finish off your session, there is a Finnish sauna. In addition, you will find here a massage table and access to the garden allowing for the ultimate relaxing experience. In this area you will also find the outdoor pool table; ideal to shoot some pool whilst enjoying some of the best views the coast can offer.

The separate apartment is above the garage (there is also access from the road). The apartment is typically used for staff or teenagers that would like some private space. There is a lounge/kitchenette, TV, and a small balcony with views over the pool and valley. There is a bedroom with a King sized bed, and bathroom with rain shower.

The garage has space for 2 cars and there is more parking space on the driveway.

A major highlight of this beautiful Villa is the immaculate outdoor entertainment areas which include various terraces, a covered BBQ and dining area next to the 15 x 4 m infinity pool (with option to heat). Manicured gardens surround the pool and house. There are 6 sunbeds around the pool and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool there is a chill out lounge with flame heaters for the cooler evenings. There is a covered terrace outside the living room that enjoys comfy lounge furniture and a ceiling fan.
