Casa Jardines de Andalucia is a treasure trove! A spacious 4-bed ground floor garden apartment with contemporary Scandinavian design and décor, top of the range appliances and a fantastic outdoor entertainment area, this is THE choice for your holidays in Marbella.
The Living/Dining Room is a fresh and modern open-plan space with the fully equipped kitchen beside (with a washer and dryer). There are large sliding doors that lead to the beautifully arranged outdoor entertainment area. There is a chill out lounge corner and a dining table on the wooden decked area and there is a built-in BBQ in the garden – the perfect set up for long summer evenings!
The accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite (shower) and a dresser. The shared bathroom has a double sink and a large rain shower. There is a twin room and 2 further bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed. The fourth bedroom features a contemporary industrial-style glass wall next to the living room.
There is air conditioning throughout, a Smart TV and WIFI.
Casa Jardines de Andalucia has a dedicated parking space (1) in the underground garage.
This apartment offers a fresh, contemporary and stylish space to enjoy your holidays and has the added benefit of being in a GREAT location; Jardines De Andalucia is a peaceful and tranquil Andalusian-style urbanisation with well-maintained gardens and a large communal swimming pool.
It is merely minutes’ walk from the Aloha strip where you will find some of Nueva Andalucía’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife which include Mosh, Kah, Tuc Tuc, Aloha Grill and Garden Bar and a choice of supermarkets. In the other direction, a short walk (10-15 min) will take you to Centro Plaza area with some of Marbella’s best and most popular restaurants, including Breathe, La Sala, Dezentral.
Within just a few minutes’ drive you could be in Puerto Banus, Marbella old town or San Pedro. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to Puerto Banus and the nearest beach.
And for the golfers, Las Brisas, Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) Golf Clubs are all very close by.
