The open-plan living area with a nice lounge corner, breakfast area and fully fitted kitchen opens to the lovely terrace that features a chill-out corner and dining area (for 6) with a BBQ, all enjoying fabulous views over the pool and down to the Mediterranean Sea! The indoor living room area features a large television with an X-box.
The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom have double beds and both share a bathroom with comfortable rain shower.
The complex enjoys a peaceful atmosphere, lovely gardens, a very large communal swimming pool and features a children’s pool too!
The location of our apartment is perfect, close to it all yet in a quiet area. Puerto Banús is only a 15 minutes’ walk away, so is the beach. You have a few restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk, along with a supermarket. Marbella Old Town is 10 minutes’ drive away, and you have 4 world-class golf courses less than 5 minutes’ drive away (Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, and La Quinta).
From its convenient location in Nueva Andalucía, you have quick and easy access to so many of the Costa del Sol’s sought-after attractions, beaches, avant-garde cuisine, mountain-top white-washed villages, and more.
If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxed, sunlit haven and want to experience the best of the Costa del Sol in style and luxury, this is, without a doubt, your place to be.
There is a no dedicated parking space but it is free to park in the street.
