There is a great corner sofa with a large flat-screen TV and a dining table for 8.
Two bedrooms have twin beds and the Master bedroom is ensuite and has access to the garden. The bathrooms have all been fully reformed. The shared bathroom has a shower and the ensuite has a bath too.
The terrace has a covered area with bench seating and a dining table for 6 which overlooks the private garden. There are adjustable awnings should you require shade in the summer or warmth in the winter.
Of course, the apartment has Wifi, International TV and aircon throughout to help make this an unforgettable holiday.
The urbanisation has large mature tropical gardens, with a river running through providing a lovely space for walks. There is a communal pool to enjoy too.
This beautiful apartment is located in Elviria and is located at merely a 20 min walk from the finest sand beaches of Marbella as well as some of its best beach restaurants and bars. Elviria is known for its charming centre as well as the wide selection of restaurants and bars. With a choice of over 50 different restaurants, various supermarkets and many bars in the area it is one of the most popular areas in Marbella. On the beach, you will also find plenty to do with various beach restaurants, bars and even the world-famous Nikki Beach. Furthermore, there is a place where you can do water sports so there’s plenty to do for everyone.
Casa Manantial is very close to the Santa Maria Golf Course and a 10-minute car journey to the west will take you to Marbella centre where you can enjoy the Old Town. A 15-minute car journey to the east you will find the bustling town of Fuengirola which also offers a charming Old Town and various shopping centres and beautiful beaches.

Casa Lily is a beautifully refurbished, bright and modern apartment right next to the Casino and H10 Hotel in Puerto Banús! Casa Lily offers a fresh, clean and stylish space to enjoy your holidays. It has just been renovated to a very high and contemporary Scandinavian standard with stylish details such as industrial glass features in the master bedroom and the bathrooms in grey marble with gold fixtures and fittings. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with double doors leading to the sizeable terrace (23m2). The kitchen is fitted with brand new appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. There are double-glazed windows in all windows facing the terrace. The terrace is spacious, west facing and has a built-in outdoor kitchen and washing machine. Comfortable outdoor dining and lounge furniture creates the perfect space for sundowners and alfresco dining. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with an ensuite bathroom and a third separate bathroom. The master bedroom and the 3rd bedroom have windows facing the community garden and pool area. In total this enables for 6 to sleep very comfortably. There is one 180cm bed and 2 160cm beds.
