Lady Mia Apartment offers a fresh, contemporary and stylish space to enjoy your holidays and has the added benefit of being in a fantastic location; Jardines De Andalucia is a peaceful and tranquil Andalusian-style urbanisation with well-maintained gardens and a large communal swimming pool.
Lady Mia has recently been completely refurbished and tastefully decorated using contemporary Scandinavian design and décor,
Upon entering (on the 1st floor, with stairs), you have the open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. There is an indoor dining table for 4, and the lounge area has 4 very comfy couches, a Smart TV, and access to the 30m2 terrace.
Soft, neutral-toned décor provides a relaxing but stylish atmosphere.
The Master bedroom (180bed) has a dressing area and ensuite bathroom (with shower and underfloor heating) and a window to the terrace. There are two Twin rooms that share a bathroom (with washing machine and dryer) with a large shower and underfloor heating.
The highlight is the lovely large terrace with mountain views (east facing). On one side there are 2 sunbeds. And on the other side, there is a corner bench and chill out area, a gas BBQ and outdoor dining facilities for 8.
The apartment features Wifi and hot/cold AC throughout, and a garaged parking space for 1 car.
There is a large communal pool with grassed areas for sunbathing and some lovely gardens.
The complex is merely minutes’ walk from the Aloha strip where you will find some of Nueva Andalucía’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife which include Mosh, Kah, Tuc Tuc, Aloha Grill and Garden Bar and a choice of supermarkets. In the other direction, a short walk (10-15 min) will take you to Centro Plaza area with some of Marbella’s best and most popular restaurants, including Breathe, La Sala, Dezentral.
Within just a few minutes’ drive you could be in Puerto Banús, Marbella old town or San Pedro. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Puerto Banús and the nearest beach.
And for the golfers, Las Brisas, Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) Golf Clubs are all very close by.
