There is access to a sizeable terrace with outdoor dining table and a chill out lounge. From here you have direct access to the lovely communal areas with grassed areas and a very big swimming pool.
Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms. The Master has an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, a TV, and a small balcony. The second bedroom is a twin room. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed and a desk – perfect for remote working! These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom (with shower).
On the top level is the fabulous roof terrace that features a covered outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, sink and dishwasher. The location of Casa Guadalvillas is ideal for families, small groups and golfers with the beach, bars, restaurants and entertainment, and golf courses all within 1 kilometre. A 5 minute drive will get you to Puerto Banús, and in 10/15 minutes you could be in Estepona or Marbella.
