Once within the compound, you arrive at the front of the villa which welcomes you with the splash of a fountain, an outdoor basketball area to the side as well as two massive Lion statues which stand guard at the palace doors. Immediately once inside you can truly acquire a taste for the artistic masterpiece this home really is. Fine pieces of art and decor are thoughtfully placed throughout the, whether on walls, countertops or standing on the ground beside you, your eyes will be bedazzled which each twist and turn.

Step through into the vast living area that utilises the horizontal space to perfection. Multiple seating areas with a mix of loungers, sofas and chairs, with a large TV mounted on the wall provide an excellent space for game nights, cosy evenings or for entertaining guests. On the side of this area, the main dining area sits snug behind doors that keep it separated from the rest of the living area.

From the living area, you have direct access out onto the partly covered patio. Here you will find some comfy outdoor sofas, accompanied by glass and stone tables and tops as well as a foosball table. This area is very light, airy and fresh for those moments where you may want to enjoy your favourite novel out amongst the trees with the birds chirping away. There are dining facilities too, and ceiling fans over the lounge area. The level lawn is vast and surrounded by trees and hedges providing a private and serene back garden.

Enter the voluminous open plan kitchen which holds its own smaller dining area within. A uniform white design all through the kitchen gives a sleek and clean finish that makes for a workspace with utility as well as simplicity for when you wish to dine on your favourite homecooked meals. Each bedroom presents you with an entirely unique experience with varied themes. Kicking things off with the master bedroom upstairs: the spacious design comes with a massive King size bed, a couch and seating area, an office workspace as well as its own shaded terrace, furnished with sun loungers. The ensuite bathroom comes expertly finished with stone all around from the sinks to the bath to the glass-panelled shower. Beside it, you will find a children’s room, kitted with lovely little furry friends and animal decorations.

On the other side of the hallway is a second master bedroom; it is also very spacious and has a Queen bed with its own long L-shaped sofa lining its edge as well as having access to the shaded terrace, and a stone-finished ensuite bathroom.

Three double bedrooms are on the ground floor, two of which have access to the terrace, and share a bathroom. The third bedroom, although not having its own patio access, is ensuite.

The gardens stretch the distance of the very large property and from the outside patio area, you will find a pathway that leads you down to the breath-taking laguna-style swimming pools (2), headed by a rock waterfall and partnered with a lovely, thatched gazebo with a hammock and chill out furniture, which are all surrounded by an array of diverse trees, plants and greenery which add life to the oasis.

With vast gardens and ample entertainment areas, flanked by the Guadalmina river and golf courses, Villa Flores makes for the ideal venue for small events, providing a trendy, fully equipped, yet homely feel.

There is a fantastic restaurant just next door, a supermarket just over 1km away, various golf clubs in the vicinity and less than 4km to the beach. The quaint village of Benahavis is a 10-minute drive, as are Puerto Banus and San Pedro. A car is recommended.
