There is another bedroom on this level which has a double bed as well and is also very spacious and comfortable.
Headed back down to the entry-level, the spacious and fully equipped kitchen is top class and has a dreamy open plan design combined with the dining area and a coffee lounge/breakfast corner. Sleek dark cabinets, white stone countertops, golden accents, along with top-of-the-range appliances. Second to none when it comes to exploring your favourite recipes! The home has various lounge areas for you to enjoy, whether it be inside or outside, you will be spoilt for choice.
On the lower floor, you will find a further 3 bedrooms. The first has a double bed as well as a bunk bed (suitable for children up to the age of 12). The other two bedrooms are both finished with double beds and there are another 2 bathrooms, one is ensuite and another is shared by two of the rooms.
The home has secure parking space, hot and cold AC, high-speed WiFi connection, underfloor heating, electric blinds, and a full alarm system.
