Villa Buena Vista is a beautiful, fully refurbished, spacious 4 bedroomed villa with spectacular views, situated in the popular residential area of Elviria.
The Villa is elegantly decorated and has quality furniture and appliances. The South-West facing terraces and amazing infinity swimming pool allow you to enjoy the breath-taking sunsets over the Mediterranean Sea.
Immediately upon entering the villa you are wowed by the panoramic sea views. The living room has a very large and comfortable L-shaped sofa, a fireplace for the winter evenings and a wall-mounted TV (with a few international channels). The dining area has a table for 8 and opens to the modern and fully-equipped kitchen.
From kitchen and living room you have amazing sea views and direct access through sliding doors to the terrace with stunning panoramic views over the sea and mountains. There is a dining table for 8 and gas BBQ to enjoy the sunsets and outdoor meals. There are stairs to the side of the terrace down to the pool area.
Additionally, on the entrance level there is a double ensuite bedroom with access to the terrace, and a guest bathroom.
On the top floor you have the amazing master bedroom, with a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite with fantastic bathtub. From this bedroom the view is literally out of this world!
Downstairs there is a second lounge/games area with a snooker table and a kitchenette area with fridge. From here there is direct access to the fabulous pool area. The pool terrace has a sofa, table with bar stools, sun beds, and the beautiful infinity pool; all with super stunning views over the whole valley.
There are 2 further bedrooms on this lower level, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers. One has twin beds and the other has a double bed and has access to the pool area.
There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Further features include underfloor heating, Alarm System, Hot/Cold Aircon. There is gated parking for 2 cars.
Elviria is known for its charming centre as well as the wide selection of restaurants and bars. With a choice of over 50 different restaurants, various supermarkets and many bars, it is one of the most popular areas in Marbella.
With the Marbella Country Club and Golf, Santa Maria Golf club and Santa Clara golf club you have some of Marbella’s finest golf clubs all within a 5 minute drive.
For those travelling with children you will be happy to know that with the Aventura Amazonia park at less than 2 km away, you have one of Marbella’s best activities around the corner. Also, you are very centrally located for the aqua parks of Mijas and Torremolinos, Marbella’s Funny Beach with jet-ski hire, as well as the Selwo animal park. All these are a guarantee for a happy children’s day!
Also, from a beach restaurant point of view, you have some of Marbella’s finest located at the closest beach to the house. There is the “Beach House” for lovely lunches right on the beach. They often have live bands to create a real spectacular holiday feeling. Also, the world famous Nikki Beach is located right here in Elviria on the beach. Here you can lunch, swim, dine and dance right on the beach.
A 10-minute car journey to the west will take you to Marbella centre where you can enjoy the Old Town. A 15-minute car journey to the east you will find the bustling town of Fuengirola which also offers a charming Old Town and various shopping centres and beautiful beaches.
