Villa Di Lusso is the perfect holiday home for families or groups of friends! Refurbished to a high standard, with 5 bedrooms, ample living and entertainment areas, a large swimming pool and very convenient location, it is the ideal home for your holiday in Marbella.
The villa offers a modern layout and décor. On the entrance level there are 5 double bedrooms: 1 double with access to the terrace with sea views; One twin room with ensuite shower room; one room with 2 bunk beds, 1 further double with a small balcony overlooking the pool, and an ensuite master double bedroom with access to the terrace. There is a guest loo, a shared bathroom and a large living room with access to the terrace, a large TV and feature fireplace.
Downstairs, there is a fantastic entertainment/games room that leads out to the pool and garden. There is a bar area, lounge area, TV, pool table and table-tennis set. There is a guest loo and access to the laundry room.
Just off the games room, separated by sliding doors, is the kitchen/dining area and a TV lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances. The centre island also provides bar seating. There is access to the lower terrace with outdoor lounge and dining furniture.
The large swimming pool is surrounded by a great terrace with plenty of lounge and terrace furniture and sunbeds and a fantastic outdoor kitchen area with a sink, wine fridge and gas BBQ.
There is the option of heating the pool for an additional weekly charge. There is also the Roof Terrace with magnificent sea views, a bar area, sun loungers and outdoor seating.
There is central heating and aircon throughout the villa and SONOS speakers downstairs in the entertainment areas.
Villa Di Lusso offers luxurious holiday accommodation with endless entertainment options. Furthermore, it is in walking distance to the beach with a pedestrian foot bridge at the bottom of the road. On this beach there is the Opium Beach Club and Restaurant and Jet skis and other water sports’ equipment for hire.
A 5-minute car journey will get you to the La Cañada shopping centre and in 10 minutes you’ll be in the historical Old Town of Marbella.

Villa Marisa is a beautiful, fully refurbished, spacious 4-bedroom villa with spectacular views, situated in the popular residential area of Elviria. The Villa is elegantly decorated and has quality furniture and appliances. Remarkable contemporary villa with easy walking distance to all amenities. Villa Eden is truly something special! 6 double ensuite bedrooms and fabulous entertainment zones and a private pool This house symbolises contemporary style and is the ideal setting for entertaining and socialising while wanting for nothing. Lavish comfort is provided by the state-of-art appliances, fixtures and fittings and superior quality furnishings. Sleek, smooth design, excellent lighting and modern touches of eccentric art and wood complete this superb villa. The open plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with island and bar-seating area. A stunning and exclusive 12-seater wooden dining table separates the kitchen from the lounge. The lounge has a huge 16-seater sofa that looks out to the covered terrace and pool. There is a corner TV area, also with access to the terrace. The covered terrace leads to the pool and grass area where you will find various sunbeds and loungers and a hammock. The swimming pool has special features too! There are three seats and 3 in-built (underwater) sun loungers. Just perfect for lazy sunny afternoons! The 6 ensuite bedrooms are split between the main house and two studio apartments. One apartment is inside the main plot, opposite the pool. The second apartment is below the first and has its own independent access.
