Description
Recently refurbished and packed with top-of-the-range appliances, an ultra-modern design and décor coupled with the one of most amazing outdoor entertainment areas, this is THE choice for your summer holidays in Marbella!
Villa Mia is steeped in natural stone and wood, with contemporary industrial-style glass allowing maximum natural light, optimising the spacious and luxurious feel.
Upon entering the hallway, you are welcomed by a genuine stone backdrop and a corridor area for shoes and beach bags. There is a guest WC and then access to the first double bedroom to the right. Here there is a wall-mounted TV, a desk and an en-suite bathroom with tropical walk-in shower.
Further on, on the entrance level, is the master bedroom with an industrial-style glass door entrance. This is a beautiful, spacious and luminous room. There is a TV, walk-in closets (with His and Her sides) and the en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone bathtub and walk-in rain shower. The room is finished with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that take you out to the garden.
Further down the corridor there are two more double bedrooms, both en-suite with tropical walk-in rain showers and their own flat screen TVs and desks. One of the two has direct garden access.
Down the stairs you can find the 5th bedroom. This is a spacious bedroom that is ideal for the kids.
The exquisite open-plan kitchen (with a 6-person kitchen bar) features Gaggenau appliances, a wine fridge, an American-style double fridge and a Nespresso coffee maker. In keeping with the rest of the Villa, the kitchen is of high design and luxury products.
The living room is open plan with a large B&O television, dining table and work desk overlooking the pool and garden. Both the kitchen and the living room are surrounded by glass sliding doors which can open completely.
The highlight of this Villa is the outdoor space. There is a lounge area with a sofa and dining table for 6 just outside the kitchen. There is a hand-crafted stone Ping-pong table with seating around it for spectators. To the side is a grassed area with a little football pitch with two goals. To the side of the home, you will also find a basketball hoop and open play area.
In the centre of the terraced area is the beautiful swimming pool that features two staircases down into the water with a central plateau... perfect for little ones or for relaxing in the pool with a sundowner. Surrounding the pool are 6 designer sun loungers and 2 tropical-styled parasols.
To the left of the pool, up a couple of steps, you find the outdoor dining area with seating for 10 and the open-air kitchen with integrated state-of-the-art BBQ and sink. There is an additional lounge area with seating for up to 20 people and a fireplace-table in the middle.
The garden and terraced areas are enhanced by fantastic lighting and beautiful feature waterfalls - perfect for the long summer evenings and al-fresco dining.
Additionally, there is an interior and exterior alarm system, and of course, there is aircon and wifi throughout. There is covered parking for 2 cars behind the secure gates.
This villa has a GREAT location; It is merely minutes' walk from the Aloha strip where you will find some of Nueva Andalucía’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife, and a choice of supermarkets. In the other direction, a short walk (10-15 min) will take you to Centro Plaza area with some of Marbella’s best and most popular restaurants.
Within just a few minutes’ drive you could be in Puerto Banus, Marbella old town or San Pedro. It’s a 25-minute walk to Puerto Banus and the nearest beach. And for the golfers, Las Brisas, Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) Golf Clubs are all very close by.
