Description
A newly refurbished Family Villa in one of the best areas of Marbella! The house is finished with great style and located on a large plot with stunning open views over Marbella’s La Concha mountain, Golf Valley and the Mediterranean Sea. It is the perfect holiday location for those that appreciate their privacy and want to get away from everyday stress, yet still enjoy being in the heart of Marbella’s Nueva Andalucía area.
Villa Miramar has a wonderfully bright and spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with contemporary furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen (with Miele appliances) with a breakfast bar. There is a dining table for 10, a comfy sofa to watch the Smart TV, and a gas fireplace for cosy evenings in the Winter months. The full-height glass sliding doors allow you to enjoy the spectacular view from any spot, including while you’re cooking.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, with access to the side terrace.
Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is a workstation and access to the upper terrace where you have a couple of sun chairs. The second bedroom has a 160cm bed and the third bedroom has a 180cm bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
Downstairs, you have a second lounge with a large TV and sofa. There is a double bedroom, a guest toilet, and the 5th bedroom with access to a lower terrace that has stairs to the main terrace. There is a large bathroom with a shower. This whole level enjoys natural light thanks to the many high windows.
The highlight of the property is the fantastic terrace and pool area. On the upper level, there is an outdoor dining table and separate seating area, all with amazing mountain and sea views. Down some stairs, you have the stunning infinity pool and an outdoor cooking area with BBQ. There is a jacuzzi here too, and a chill-out lounge area
The pool has the option to be heated (at an additional weekly charge). There are 6 sunbeds and a couple of parasols for your enjoyment.
There is air-conditioning throughout, underfloor heating, Sonos sound system, and high-speed wifi. There is gated, covered parking for 2 cars.
Although the villa feels very private you are still located perfectly in Marbella. With the famous Las Brisas golf course around the corner and the beach, the Old Town of Marbella and Puerto Banus all within a few minutes drive, the location is ideal for a perfect holiday. Also, you will find several bars and restaurants at just a 10-minute walk and a supermarket at just a 3-minute drive.
Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties. Should you fall outside of this category but wish to book nonetheless, please send us an enquiry detailing a bit more about yourself and the group that you will be travelling with so we can request this for you.
