Villa Miramar has a wonderfully bright and spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with contemporary furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen (with Miele appliances) with a breakfast bar. There is a dining table for 10, a comfy sofa to watch the Smart TV, and a gas fireplace for cosy evenings in the Winter months. The full-height glass sliding doors allow you to enjoy the spectacular view from any spot, including while you’re cooking. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, with access to the side terrace. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is a workstation and access to the upper terrace where you have a couple of sun chairs. The second bedroom has a 160cm bed and the third bedroom has a 180cm bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Downstairs, you have a second lounge with a large TV and sofa. There is a double bedroom, a guest toilet, and the 5th bedroom with access to a lower terrace that has stairs to the main terrace. There is a large bathroom with a shower. This whole level enjoys natural light thanks to the many high windows. The highlight of the property is the fantastic terrace and pool area. On the upper level, there is an outdoor dining table and separate seating area, all with amazing mountain and sea views. Although the villa feels very private you are still located perfectly in Marbella. With the famous Las Brisas golf course around the corner and the beach, the Old Town of Marbella and Puerto Banus all within a few minutes drive, the location is ideal for a perfect holiday. Also, you will find several bars and restaurants at just a 10-minute walk and a supermarket at just a 3-minute drive.
